capability. Our delivery vehicles provide prompt and accurate control of deliveries. Our

training is a core competency that has been developed due to the labor-intensive nature of
the cleaning business. A training center is available to our clients for off-site programs
on equipment use and care, floor care, carpet care and restroom care. These programs can
also be conducted on your site. Custom training programs can be developed to address
special needs. Our key vendors are an additional resource and assist with this training. |

Tepe Service Department provides an extensive parts inventory and equipment repair section
for virtually all floor maintenance equipment. Service Technician trucks are equipped with
a parts inventory to expedite the in-field repair of equipment. The combined experience of
the Tepe organization is over 50 years, giving us an in-depth ability to consult and
assist in all areas of the cleaning business. We possess the ability and desire to partner

Honors School - Most recently, Buckeye International has been leading the industry with
training programs focused on specific customers and their needs. Training packages are
