Steve Tepe is President of Tepe Sanitary Supply;  After working 14 years in management in the manufacturing sector, he joined the family business in 1998. Steve's primary focus is driving the growth and profitability of the company and assembling the BEST possible team to serve our customers.  Steve's philosophy is simple:  Hire good people, train them well, treat them well and they will in turn keep the customers coming back!

Steve resides in Bristol with his wife and has three children.  Outside of work, Steve enjoys golf, boating and snow skiing.
